Default 2002 CC DS Elec Rear end Noise

Hi,

I have a 2002 Club Car DS Electric and was trying to cycle the batteries by raising the rear end and running the cart. I noticed that the passenger wheel power spun but the drivers wheel struggle and stopped. Noise seems to becoming from trans or drivers rear axle. I drained the rear-end, found no shavings and replaced with Royal Purple 10w-30 with no improvement....I have attached a drop box video link. Thanks for any input or advise.
