Default RoyPow Lithium in Older Club Car - Center Controller

Does anyone have photos of a RoyPow lithium installed in an older Club Car Precedent? These carts have the controller and solenoid mounted in the middle, between the batteries. Thanks in advance!

Do you still need photos of the install? My brother did one like this on his cart last week. If you do, I'm pretty sure that he took pictures and I'll try to get them for you.

I would like to see pics as well. Also, I saw a video online a while back on this. Let me see if I can find it again.

Ok, here ya go. My brother has taken many photos, and because of the 5 pic limit here, I'll have to send them in several posts. He has also provided some installation details from his 2005 Precedent...

1. Remove the heavy black wire from the computer to allow room for other smaller wires to have enough length to reach the new position.
Reinstall heavy black wire to the same lug.

2. *I drilled a few new 1 1/4" holes in the battery case to allow for more ventilation.

3. *Relocated the computer to the "raised" molded edge in the battery compartment, and secured it by drilling one hole on either side of the aluminum
computer frame, and attached it to the plastic battery compartment with #8 x 1" sheet metal screws.

4. *Using a cut-off wheel, cut raised battery separators flush with the battery compartment floor.

5. *Using the wood bottom of the factory box that the RoyPow came in, use a circle saw to cut around the blocks on all 4 sides.

6. *Secure the wood frame to the floor of the battery compartment. I used a piece of 1/4" rubber mat for the battery to sit on, as a cushion.

7. *I made 2 spacers 1/2" long, and using longer hardware, relocated the factory tow switch to the driver's side of the computer mounting plate.

8. *Using a cut-off wheel, trim the computer cover to fit the new location in the battery compartment.

9. *Install the battery in the compartment, and secure to the wood base using washers and wood screws.

10. *IMPORTANT! In order to get the battery to charge, cut the black wire from the factory charging port. Cap the end of the wire that goes to the computer.
Lengthen the wire from the port and attach it directly to the negative lug on the battery. Attach the other positive and negative wires to the respective lugs.

11. *Install the computer cover. The passenger side edges should slide down into the groove in the battery case where the computer used to mount.
(Utilize the new storage area that you now have under the driver's side of the seat *:>)

12. *Put the tow switch in the "run" position. Turn on the battery and check that the cart moves in forward and reverse. Check that all accessories have power.

13. *Charge the battery (if needed).

14. *Drink a couple of beers and enjoy your test drive!
