Do the flip!!!
Yea I definitely want to do the flip, that's why I was making sure all the rear lift parts are the same as the parts shown in TahoDawgs pictures in his original post. Mainly the u-bolt plates with the 4 holes in them and that it includes 2 U-bolts per side?

Thanks.

If you have an All-Sports lift kit they're going to be the same. All Precedent kits, and all DS Super Sport kits will have the same rear parts.

Is this process the same for both the All Sports 6" A-arm & the 6" Super Sport kit?

When speaking of a DS, only the Super Sport kit contains the Double U-Bolt rear. The Precedent doesn't have a Super Sport option, as all Precedent lift kits from All-Sports come with a double U-Bolt rear.

@TahoeDawgZ71 I know this an OLD thread, Just did this mod, but I had a STEELANG 6" front A Arm lift for a DS cart (2003) I had to purchase a set of factory brake cable mounts. Put the left on the right and the right on the left (under the spring which on mine was stock) But other than that it was a perfect mod. Brakes are just like stock now. None of the " touch the brakes and bump bump extreme stop" . Love the feel of the braking. I can post pics but I think if you have an issue there are plenty before me. Thank you so much for the information and the prior pics. Oh; ya; have a good set of snap ring pliers. Cant be said enough....... Thank you!; thank you! thank you!!!!!!!!!!!

Wish I could help more on the forums. If I think of something I will post.

Thank you again!!!!!

With Tahoe’s help I got my All Sport 7.5” Double A-Arm Super Sport lift completed on my DS. Steve from All Sport also suggested going with a longer travel shock(local Napa had these nitrogen shocks for $25). The shock plate would be under the saddles and the square plate is on top of the HD leafs. The factory brake plate is under the leafs. The center pin on the leafs were replaced with a 1/2” longer 5/16 bolt and installed with the head of the bolt on top. Two nuts were added on the bottom so the brake plate and lift block will be held in place. A center bolt was also added to the bottom shock plate with the head of the bolt on the bottom side of the plate to help hold it place under the saddle.
The brake adjust screw was backed out all the way, moving the brake pads inward in order to put the drum back on allowing to spin freely. This was done on both sides. Another reason for this is so both sides can do its self adjust. The brake pedal was pumped a few times to get the self adjust to sit at the right spot. You’ll know when the the brakes feel smooth. Better than stock! Some pics are included. Thanks Tahoe

Quick question... is there any reason to install the U-bolts with the thread ends at the bottom? Seems very exposed,
. Could they not be mounted with the threaded ends upward? Less crap hanging down to snag on stuff.....
Fitting a Steeleng 6” lift on a 2006 Precedent... will report on any issues
