Hey guys, back again. Those two contacts on the bottom end (slow) cause the only problem. I took the board out again Fri and did some more cleanup, tightened all the connections and while it was out went down to the cart shop to see if they had a new board cause gettin hot kinda cooks em. The ez go cart guy says my board is way bigger than any he has. mine is 9x8in. I went to a elec motor guy and checked on buying a blank board to make one with and he called it electrical fiberglass, didnt have any but was good enough to give me a suppliers name and number to call. In the mean time i greased the contacts and made it thru another round(74) of golf. I think i better replace the solenoid as it gets pretty hot also only 36 volts, looks like the ones in automotive use two main post on sides and to small posts on front. I have an Albright 5W80-746P 36/48 CO with main posts on top and two plug in male connectors on the back. Have not replaced these cart solenoids as yet(lucky) and dont want to screw it up any sage advice before i start? As always, thanks. Larry
