I had painted a car back in the 80's but nothing since. Time to try my skills or lack of again. I painted the roof with Rustoleum bed liner out of a rattle can. We will see how it holds up.

What offset are your wheels? And what kind of drop is on it?

The offset on my wheels are 3 x 4. And I lowered the cart with one and a half inch blocks. I just got longer bolts. The front was too low with the one and a half inch block so I took it out and put in a 1 inch block.

So, how did it hold up? Spending $400 on a new top isn't as appealing as a little prep and some spray cans.

So far so good. It's been holding up pretty well. I have one little chip on the back corner but I think I Golf Club hit it and caused that, but it's easy to touch up.

So, as a previous poster had ask: What is the make and model of your BMS? Where did you get it and what did it cost?

Thanks!!

Last online 7-19-18....which is well past my inquiry.

Me thinks the "Lithium builder" is doing a promo for his Cheby Volt batt sales.

I could be wrong......but as they say......the devil is in the details, and we are not getting the details.
