Zone Aftermarket Parts and Mods?
So who’s going to do what to their Zone once they get them? The first thing I want to do is put a trailer hitch on the Zone. For those in the know, how much will these Car(t)s be able to tow? I just want to be able to tow my GTX Sea Doo and maybe launch it. The Sea Doo is about 500lbs plus the weight of a small trailer.

It'll pull it. I've pulled mine many times.

Cool....I thought it would. It's not like I want to pull it 40 miles, I just want to pull it around the campground or to our timeshare launch ramp. This is the hitch and hitch extension I was looking at. I am not sure but I would think that the extension would need some sort of support at the rear seat platform.

that hitch mounts to the rear frame in frt of the rear deck. the extension shouldn't need any support.

You can get one of these from Harbor Freight for $25 and bolt it to the rear frame: |

I am also concerned about the motor getting wet from launching the Sea Doo. Can these motors be submerged into water? If not how about just getting a little wet? Maybe I could get a lift and bigger tires and it will not have to get submerged.

Re: Zone Aftermarket Parts and Mods?
I have pulled my 17 foot alum bass boat with my friends zonealike and we stopped short of launching do to the wheels being to close to the tongue and they would end up in soft cindery sand. It had lots of power to pull just we didn't trust the turf tires to grip on the sand or the ramp.
