Default 1982 EZ GO no power

The cart has a new carb and fuel pump. 135 PSI compression. Runs good for short periods then bogs quits. I take the pulse line off the bottom of the engine it spits a ton of gas but the cart runs great. I hook it back up cart dies. I ran a hose from the pulse line of the fuel pump to my mouth and every time the cart would slow down I would give it a couple pulses and would run great! Are the crank seals shot? When I hook the pulse line back up it quits and will spit gas out of the base pulse line for a second or two. No gas in the pulse line when manually pulsing.
Ran really well for about 10 minutes when manually pumping. The oil injection has been by passed. The oil line that goes into the intake manifold has been sealed off. Would I be able to use this port as a pulse line for the fuel pump? My Harbor Freight 16 HP motors did and they worked fine.

When you say runs great for a short time, how long?

Have you driven this cart? Has it been recently rebuilt? I ask that because 135 compression is too high for that engine. It's usually a sign of the piston in backwards.

Fuel in the pulse line is a ripped lower diaphragm in the fuel pump.

It will run as long as I pulse the fuel pump manually. I wrote the wrong number my gage starts on about 15 its about 120 PSI. I have no idea if the engine was rebuilt a kid dropped it off for me to fix. Why fuel in the pulse line only when its hooked up to the crank case port? When I pulse it manually its dry as a bone? That threw me also?
