Selenoid resistor getting hot. Sevcon 633T45308 controller
I have a 2007 cruise car (Suzhao Eagle) that is not operational. I borrowed some good batteries to try and troubleshoot the cart. Once the batteries were installed I turned the key and all the lights/accessories came on. I could hear the main selonoid engage and then disengage after about 45 sec or so but when hitting the throttle the cart does nothing. I notice the resistor (white square to the left of the solenoid in the picture) was getting REALLY hot but nothing else was even the slightest bit warm. The LED light on the controller we solid green and was not flashing to show any trouble codes but I've read the a hot resistor usually means the controller is bad. The batteries were reading 50.1v and I was getting 48.6v to the selonoid. Is there anything else I should check to confirm the controller is bad?
