Default 48 volt star cart with sepex controller

I am having a problem with this cart. It would fire the solenoid a couple of times then nothing. I replaced the solenoid and it clicked 3 times and now the controller is flashing 2-3 I am confused what the issue is at this time. Battery pack is 50.2 and only one year old batteries. Help if anyone knows these carts.

IF it has a Curtis 1268, 2,3 is thermal shut down. 3,2 is main contactor welded or small wires shorted. Can you confirm what controller you have and also do you have a small diode on the small wires going to the solenoid?

If you pull the yellow and blue wires off the solenoid does the code change?

I haven't tried that yet. I can tell you when I turn the switch to tow and then back on to run, it will have no code until I fire the solenoid a couple of times and then it does nothing. I'm leaning towards the controller being the issue, but not sure. What do you think??
