Default Ignition Switch

Got a complex one for you all....

My motor is an open ignition; so it runs while the ungrounded and once the ignition is grounded it shuts off.

Now I also have an electric starter.

Currently I have a key switch from a local auto store that when hooked up to my starter works fine. However thats where it ends. The switch has only 3 points (SOL-IGN-BAT). SOL > BAT is the only usable position I can use as sending 12v to my CDI will toast it.

So basically here is what I need. I am looking for some method of having a key switch that will operate the starter, have an on position which will unground the ignition AND provide 12v power to accessories and then an off position which will kill the accessories and ground out the ignition...

Any ideas?

I see these types but my main questions is how do I know if its an open or closed ignition. I know they are for Magneto Ign which is what I need but I need it to ground in the off position and unground in the on position. And be **** sure it doesnt send 12v to my CDI once I am in the on position but send 12v to my acc.
