Re: Lowered Club Car project under way
I wonder if any one one makes a skinnier front rim and tire that would give you the front clearance you need without losing the glove box or cutting the cowl. It will give it that staggered look like all new rear wheel drive sports car have now
KMKPP keep modding keep posting pics Love the look so far |

My thoughts went that way as well. I think a skinny tire would give it a better look, you know the rat rod look plus I can tuck it up in the cowl without modding that. I have been scouring Craigslist and eBay but haven't run across anything yet. |

Look at snow blower wheels. I think some of them are the same lug pattern.

Re: Lowered Club Car project under way
The CC limo's at our church have narrow steel wheels on the front and some of the drag cart guys have them as well so I know they are out there. Would make for a cool look for sure plus help solve the clearance issues. Sounds like win, win to me if you can track them down.

Jeff, I will look into that thanks. Terry, I will have to try and find some of those. Would you happen to know the size? |

Re: Lowered Club Car project under way
That's exactly how I lowered my CC this last summer. I did 3" blocks in the rear since the front went down 3 1/2". I got the blocks from autozone for like $30. If you want pics of how I did my new easy simple shock mounts let me know.

Re: Lowered Club Car project under way
Some pics would be very helpful. I've heard about the blocks from autozone so I am picking some up tomorrow. I went to harbor freight to get some wheels as their website had some I thought would work but they had none I could look at. Of course I left with a bunch of other stuff I thought I needed.
