I do have all 4 rims by the way, they are 13x7" with 205/30 tires on there. I was gunna lower it, but them dang things are still about 20" in diameter. Still thinking about what the heck I am gunna do for a the power plant, rebuild the old 3pg, or go some other route. |

Re: Project Tron
That sucks, I heard about that on the news.
What kind of HP were you thinking? I'd like to build a cart for flat track, but I only run dirt. Big flares and keep it low but increase the travel some and a fair amount wider track, maybe longer cradle, etc. Not for flat track, just for screwing around I want a cart that will powerslide easily. Same thing could be done with street tires instead of lower profile dirt tires. |

Re: Project Tron
Well still working on it. Trying to find a Polaris 488cc motor for it, which is a Fuji twin cylinder, basically 2 244cc robins. Course the clutch will bolt right on. This winter has really sucked with all this snow, so my ambition level has been low with all the other stuff going on. I got all the parts pretty much nailed down besides the motor. Paintwork is gunna be out of this world. Gunna go candy on it, like this:
Before: After: Now just got to find a motor.. |
