Axle got cut and welded today. Didn't have time to mock it up to see what it looks like. Hopefully get some test fitting in tomorrow.

Thanks man - I thought it turned out better thank I expected actually. Once I got the axle off and realized there was nothing square about it I was afraid keeping all of the angles the same was going to be a challenge. That's why I decided to go the route I did - Nothing geometry wise changed this way.

As far as the motor - I wish I could make that fit! I don't believe they would let me back in the campground though!

Thank you sir. Now just brainstorming on the steering. I knew going in the tie rod would get in the way with raising the spindles. Just looking at options I flipped them upside down putting the tie rod out front, which I thought was perfect! Then I noticed I had a huge camber issue.
Back to the drawing board.

I bought them from rockauto.com. Just search for Monroe 705. There is a rebate that runs through the end of this month that basically gives you 2 free if you buy 2.

With that being said. If you just have a rough ride and are looking to make it better I would just look at replacing the factory shocks. The air shocks as you can see require quite a bit of fab work as well as a compressor to feed them. I noticed my stock shocks were completely worn out after taking them off. I should get a better ride with these but I wanted to be able to lower the cart and raise it when I wanted. I'm not sure if anyone has just swapped out to air shocks without lowering the suspension.

Check out some of the guys that did some of the earlier builds for input as well. Good luck!

Nah its not a welding issue. I just flipped the spindles over and stuck the bolts through them trying to relocate the tie rod. All I have to do is yank the bolts back out and flip it back over. The spindles are angled down from the factory apparently which I didn't notice. So when I flipped it over it angles them up. I think that's the case anyway.
