Check all your connections and make sure they are clean and tight then fully charge the pack....wait a half hour to an hour after charging and record the voltage of the pack. Also, you can have 1 bad battery cause problems.

Ok I Charged The Batteries And The Voltage Is 37,all Connections Are Good. How Can I Tell If One Battery Is Bad?

Your batteries are not coming up as far as they should....A hydrometer can be had at any auto-parts house....It will tell you. A load tester will cost alot more and it will tell you also. Are you sure your connections are clean. How old are your batteries? What are the indivual battery readings?

He stated that his batteries were H1's.
I'm not the smartest man alive - but let's not overthink this one. H1's = manufactured in August of 2001. They've served you well - but it's over. The fact that you got 7+ years out of them is a testament to how the cart was cared for. Replace them. |
