Question LCD battery indicator

well, nothing special just thought i'd post some pics of the "birdsnest" behind my dash. going to clean'em up and move some things around. i'm installing a lcd batt. indicator...what do i connect it to....first and last batt?

yep...follow the charging cables and connect to the positive and the negative on the batteries. Do you have a volt meter?

I do have a v-meter, so am I connecting them to the + and -posts of the batts. in series like I was checking total series/volts of batts.

Exactly. I just wanted you to make sure you had the right 2 terminals when you hooked it up.

I have been thinking about one of those LCD volt meters too. I think that it would provide more accurate info on the batteries. Be sure to post some photos after you finish your project and let us know how the LCD works. Car53

Anyone have any tips for cutting the dashboard material. I know my rotozip will cut with no problem...it's just not always pretty! Steady hands and a firm grip, but it's still a little crazy to control. Also, should I put an inline fuse on the lcd batt. indicator?

Came across this fine little jewel for those with no budget. Unlike me.

It is very sweet. Monitors V, A, Ah removed, and battery %.

Pretty slick and works up to 70v.
