Vibration
My 90 model club cart with lift kit on it shakes/vibrates for about 3 seconds or till it gets rolling, wondering if it is a clutch issue or something else .

Did it just start doing this recently? Is the lift kit new? (Did it just start doing it since the lift was installed? ) Do you have oversized tires? Have you inspected the belt? Clutch? Have you run it in maintenance mode to check the clutch engagement?

the guy i bought it from just installed lift kit with oversized tires,i do not know if it wasdoing it before..i dont know how to run it in maintance mode, i am new to carts

To put it in maintenance mode you just have to pull out the little yellow cam on the backside of the shifter and spin it 180 degrees. This will allow you to run the motor in neutral while you inspect things:
