Default 67V volt Lithium setup..Need to regulate/peak to 60V

So I upgraded my pretty much everything on the cart with the following.

170-500-0001 (500:1) Motor
400 Amp-G29(T-ON) Regen Controller
500 Amp - 36/48 V Solenoid Kit

Picked up a pair of lithium car batteries and charger:

Chrysler Pacifica 16s 48V
Module Voltage spec
Maximum Voltage: 67.2V
Nominal Voltage: 59.2V
Minimum Voltage: 48V

Looks like the controller cuts off around 62Vs.

Looking for a solution to "regulate" peak voltage to 60 volts. I couldn't find a DC controller that went any higher than 62V. I still get decent run time as the nominal charge is right what I charge it too.

16s is not 48V, but 60V. You may need to upgrade to 72 volt Alltrax instead of 48 volt one.

Finding a device to "Regulate" down to 60v from whatever pack voltage and be able to push the required amps (500 or so) would likely cost you significantly more than getting a 72v controller, not to mention additional unnecessary efficiency losses due to an additional layer of regulation.

I agree with the above comment.

I believe the ALLTRAX XCT-72500 is the series you'd be looking for.
