You might be better off going to the newer Curtis wiring harness and getting a Curtis controller. Sale your Danaher controller to recoup some of your money back.

I read your other post about the shorted battery level indicator. Are you still working on that repair? I would agree that if your Danaher controller is suspect, move to the Curtis harness and controller.
If it is not associated with that issue, how badly damaged is your harness? Not trying to second guess your diagnosis, but I have seen many RXV's that have been misdiagnosed. |

As long as the plugs are solid, you should be able to re-build your harness.
