Default My Yamaha G19 Build

I Made My Lift From Things I Had Laying Around The Shop.

I Will Try And List The Bill Of Materials If I Can Remember All Of Them.

I Went 5" Up And 1" Forward And Added Some 22x11x8 Tires, Painted The Roof Black, Also Put Some Lights In, Check It Out And Let Me Know What You Think. All I Had In It Was Around $25.00 Paint,$20.00 Lights, $5.00 Bolts, And I Got The Wheels And Tires From 3r Around $300.00 After Shipping. Total Build $350.00

I Know How Much Everyone Likes Pics So I Tried To Take As Many As Possiable From Start To Finish I Missed A Couple But I Will Get Around To Taking Them And Adding To The Build Thread. It Will Only Let Me Do 5 Attachments At A Time So I Will Try To Get It All On Here Tonight.

I Tried To Show The Machining Process And Welding As I Made This Lift, May Be It Will Help Someone Else. These Pics Are The Front Lift Put On And The Front Shock Extenders, Also I Made Spacers For The Rear Shocks. I Dont Have Many Pics Of The Rear Right Know Got To Excited To Take Pics I Could See The End And Wanted To Get The Wheels And Tires On It, But Will Get Those On Here Soon To Show Were All The Parts Go.

I Had To Extend The Right Tie Rod 2" And Shorten The Left About 1" And Retap To Get The Toe In Toe Out Set.

Nice handy work! You might get a lot more strength if you tie the two brackets on the front together.

Thanks, I Might Weld A Piece In There When I Get Time. All I Use It For Is Hunting.
