Club car carryall1 clicks but won’t move

Good morning all, I have a 48v golf cart s/n f0333-309353. Someone else diag a bad motor, removed and replaced motor and wired motor per original motor. Attempted to run unit, wheels spun slightly then stopped. I noticed an electrical burning smell coming from controller. Removed and replaced motor controller and solenoid. When replacing controller I wired everything up according to the old controller wiring. This car now just clicks but doesn’t move. The pack voltage is at 51.8v. I am at a loss of what to check or where to go from here.


Update:on the main power leg of the solenoid I get pack voltage of 50.3v. When I check power on opposite leg I get 48.2v. When I activate the solenoid via throttle it transfers the 50.3v. The A2, S2, A1, S1 on the motor all shows a voltage of 48v with throttle not depressed.
