LED Headlight Bar w/bumper
Just bought a 2010 Precedent with a LED Head light bar w/bumper. When I turn the lights on the tail lights work fine, but the LED headlight has few bulbs that flash quickly then there is only about half a dozen or more that stay lit but extremely dim. Barely enough to say they are even on. Any thought, is it testable? it has a 5 wire connector. Thanks in advance

Just replace the assembly.
LEDs usually start acting that way if water or moisture has got inside and damaged the board. Nothing you can do about it unless you want to cut the lens off the light and de-solder the dud LEDs from the board, then glue it all back together when you're done. 5 wires are for Head lamp, left amber lamp, right amber lamp (turn/marker lamps), and two ground wires which are normally spliced together. |
