EZ_GO Four Blade Controller with ITS
Perhaps someone may be able to help me. I have a GC that is not running at all forward or backward. Voltage fine. +13V between terminals 2 and 3(ITS) at controller when accelerator is depressed. With ITS wires connected, I get 7.5V and drops to 4.5V with accelerator depressed. There is 250 mv between -M and +B and never changes with accelerator depressed. The voltage between -B and +B starts at 29.5v and goes to 36V when acc depressed. I am not sure what is going on. Checked every connection.

Re: EZ_GO Four Blade Controller with ITS
Here is a schematic for your cart and a test for the ITS voltage.
ITS voltage for this controller is measured from B- to the white wire on Pin-3. |
