Default Carryall Vegas Carts Swap

I just purchased a 2003 Club Car Carryall 472. I am going to swap to the Predator 670 and planned on using a Vegas Carts kit. Their website states that Carryalls with locking differentials may have fitment issues with their engine cradle. I sent photos to their tech guys and they say the kit should work and weren’t sure what fitment issues I might encounter. Does anyone know what fitment issues there may be? I’m not against further fabrication, just curious what issues folks may have seen it heard of with the locking differential and the engine swap. I’m also interested in any other ideas for an engine swap if anyone has done one and is happy with it.

After Late 1996 I thought that rotation went to CW? So the Predator is CCW would make your reverse fast and fwd slower....Right?

Vegascarts makes a kit that uses a PTO off the flywheel that keeps F/R the same as stock. The OP needs to clarify which kit he is interested in.

My post was two months ago so between now and then I have already installed the kit after many little bugs to work out in the 472. If anyone cares to know about the 472 install I have some feedback. I am about to remove everything and re-gear in a couple weeks as my 472 has 15:1 gears which I was unaware of before beginning this endeavor. Hoping gears from a normal Kawasaki rear end fit my wider, diff-lock version. Going to 6:1!

Curious, was your original motor a Clockwise rotator? If so, how did they solve the rotation issue. I assume the predator is a counter clockwise motor…right?
