Vacation
If going to be away for 7+ days should cart be left plugged in that long or switched to off and left unplugged?

Re: Vacation
The manual says these are smart chargers. It says for short term storage leave plugged in and the charger will "maintain" batteries. For long term storage, guessing more than a month or two, check water, charge, then disconnect batteries. This is for lead acid batteries.

Re: Vacation
Any "modern" charger, with "modern" meaning 2000 and up have battery maintainers built into them. In other words, the charger will periodically turn on to make sure that the batteries stay charged. Electric carts have two states, either being driven or being on the charger. Leave it plugged in at all times when not being driven.

Re: Vacation
7 days is nothing... leave the cart unplugged so you don't have to worry about a charger problem.
