Would someone tell me what the compression should be on a KF82 ? Thanks ,Doug

If you’ve got anywhere near 90-100psi you’re doing well

I think spec for a new engine is 100

Little low but not horrible. Put a bit of oil on the piston and redo compression test. If it goes up you’ve got worn rings. If not, could be valves or those are pretty common for head gasket failures. A pretty cheap and simple fix as the head on those isn’t any more complicated or different than the head on your push mower. Just a little bigger.
