Club car 420 swap
Doing a harbor freight 420 swap in a club car and looking for some links to a kit needed to mount the motor ?? And possibly a wiring diagram on how to wire it to make it run like the stock motor TIA

Re: Club car 420 swap
IF you use the stock S/G the only wiring you need is a kill wire to ground. Other than a fuel supply the 420 like all the single cylinder clones is self supporting. The only company that I am aware of for single cylinder clone mounting is Vegascarts. If you are replacing a CW engine performance 670 makes a fly wheel Hub adapter to run a comet type clutch. Elsewhere I have seen several Club Car swaps using this along with the VC billet S/G pulley for a stock engine replacement.
