found some cool tail lights made a mold to make some housings for them and attached them to the body and did the mud work and primed them. wired up all the head lights and blinkers and four way flashers. finally pulled the brakes apart again looking for any reason they wouldn't work right and finally spotted it somebody had put all new shoes and hardware but installed the shoes upside down to where they were rubbing on the adjuster block making the cart really hard to move, V glide was on hand for a Lil racin, he had beaten me 3 times before and it was getting frustrating.....put about 3 house lengths on him

thanks Emoney, not many people comment on the threads I have made, appreciate it, I have a bunch of ideas and builds going on, i am usually building cars but I have the golf cart bug and I seriously doubt any of my carts are allowed at golf courses. just got back from west palm and them people don't have golf carts, it's the biggest Rat Race I have ever seen if I never go back there it will be too soon. the next build will be for aerodynamics to gain more speed and range from a V glide cart, i don't even Know why i call them golf carts anymore they are like miniature Hot Rods to me I built my son a cool ride and we barely drive it

Great work. My very first cart is my recently acquired 77 Caroche with a long hard life. We are modding it as a part of our repairs and your build is inspiring
