Cheap Chargers

While looking for a input board for my Powerwise charger I came across this site and just because I'm of the curious type, has anyone tried these chargers ?

They are cheap, but they also look to be very light weight.

Just bought a E-Z-GO cart and need to buy a charger. I have been looking at the LV3648 charger. I like all its features. I still have to read up on the Powerwise charger though.

One concern is I see alot of how do I fix my Powerwise charger posts. That also could be due to the simple fact that they are the most widely used charger.
