Golf bag holder compatible with modz flip seat and grab bar

I have a modz flip seat and grab bar. I am looking for a bag holder that is compatible. Most of what I see accomodate a 7 inch grab bar. The modz grab bar is too wide, by an inch or two. Any suggestions, other than an angle grinder and welder?
