Exclamation Villager 6 iqplus Won't Go PLEASE HELP

you accelerate more then 1/4 throttle and the cart shakes and then stops if ease in to the throttle it will pick up speed shortly shake then stop. Things i have done... Installed brand new batteries, replaced all battery and motor cables, taken motor out examined and looked alright its not melted or anything everything looks fine internally, that i can tell When this happened there was four of us in it and were driving for a while and something smelt hot and not sure but i know that motor was hot to the touch how hot exactly im not sure but something smelt really hot so we stopped for a awile then after a ten minute break it started acting up.
HERE ARE MY QUESTIONS:..

1. CAN I TEST THE MOTOR SOMEHOW?
2. CAN I TEST THE SPPED CONTOLLER SOME HOW?
3. SILINOID TESTING OR ENYTHING ELSE TO TEST ON THE IQ CART ? BUT I THINK THE SILINOID IS GOOD CAUSE IT CLICKS AND THE CART STARTS GOING JUST WHEN MORE TH 1/4 THROTTLE IS APPLIED THE PROBLEM STARTS.

THANKS FOR EVERYONES INPUT ...
RICK

Are your batteries 8volts? If not sure, count water holes 2v per cell.

you hooked batteries up wrong ,or it isn't charging properly .You don't have enough voltage that is why it is shaking.

or the batteries you bought -1 of them dropped a cell

another scenario you put in 6 volt batteries instead of 8 volt it requires.

if something was getting hot like you said you could also have a loose connection.

they are 6 volt batteries 8 of them, they are good and broke end cause they came from my other cart that was working perfectly. they are about 3 months old. its not like a dead battery shake its so hard to explain it will go thru the rpm's and be on it's way to going full throttle then it like goes into safe mode or something and cuts out and goes to a nice slow speed of about 5 mph and stays there. im well aware of the low battery shake thing you all our talking about but thats not it. it's more like a violent shake then it goes into safe mode. i have tested all the batterys and connections threw the entire cart again before i replied to this email. everything is TIGHT, and all the battery's check out fine. and its charging fine the battery's are fully charged the lights work fine radio will play for hours and yes i have desconnected that stuff to eliminate it can you post a short video link on here or maybe a link to myspace or something. that way everybody will see what is going on

thanks for the info keep it coming i am always open to suggestions
