Red face Steps to painting a plastic body?

I think these are the steps in correct order but can someone double check me?

1. Clean plastics
2. Sand (a lot)
3. Clean (again)
4. Mist a very very light coat of bull dog adhesive promoter
5. Prime (what brand?)
6. Prime more
7. Paint (very very light coats)
8-10 paint
11. Sand for clear coat (grit needs to be what?)
12. Clear coat
13-15 clear coat
16 dry for a week or so
17 reinstall body to cart.*

I will be using rattlecans.*
So, are these the correct steps to prep an painting a plastic golf cart body?
Also tips and tricks would be helpful.*

Thanks in advance,
Catsnw

Ps what is the best brand of paint to use? I will be painting a green cart black if that makes a difference.

Pss what kind of paint to get enamel ect?

Psss where to get bull dog adhesive (not online)

If you are filling scratches and such then I would use a polyester finishing putty, I use what is called icing made by USC. It is runnier than heavier bondo type fillers and doesn't get the pin holes.
