Default Leaking Fuel, What is this part called?

Hello,

I have a 97 G16 and I was having problems with it running for a few seconds and then stalling etc. I pulled and cleaned the carb and it now runs great however I noticed 2 strange things. There has been some fuel leaking onto the to of the gas tank and the fuel filter which used to always look 1/2 full drains down to very little fuel. It looks like the fuel is leaking at the connection on the top of the tank. There is a 45 degree angle connector with some sort of film material which has pealed off. There are 4 screws that connect it to the tank itself and this part appears to have small cracks in it. Can anyone tell me the name of the part that screws onto the tank and has the fitting for the fuel hose? I assume this also has a tube attached that goes down into the fuel tank. Thanks for any help!

It's called a "fuel pipe joint" and the part # is Jn3-F4300-02-00. Hope that helped. Dave
