Yes, with your Alltrax Tool Kit.

Did You get your Alltrax programmed with the A4 field Map?

The correct field map is really important and I think there is a "high speed" and a "torque mode" biased field map.

If You don't have it just email Alltrax and they will send you the field maps and instructions to install.

You should also have your motor pole set to 4 poles.

You can post screen shots of your setup screens if you need help.

David is a good guy so it should be all setup, but Yes, it is at the bottom of the "Controller Settings" tab.

That is where the Regen Brake settings are as well.

Adjust Both "Max Regen Battery Amps" and "Max Regen Armature Amps" to the same value first.

Increase the "Max Regen Battery Amps" if You want more high speed brake force.

Increase the "Max Regen Armature Amps" if You want more lower speed brake force.

Yeah, I'm almost positive I'm all setup...waiting to hear back from him to confirm...I figured it was something I've done wrong. It runs well, but if I let up in the slightest, it back off a bit. Would I need to adjust the accelerator to tighten it up so it isn't as "loose"? (is that even an option?)

I'm on a Mac so will have to get my dad over here with his PC to run the software :)

We have members here that use a Mac to run the Alltrax software in a virtual environment, I am not sure what they are using for the Windows layer, perhaps someone will comment.

If You mean the throttle response seems excessively sensitive near the top, You can adjust all of those parameters with the software.

Just went out for another drive to break in the motor and noticed if I'm very careful about not moving my foot at all, it stays consistent. But we have concrete roads and notice when I hit the dividers in the concrete and it ever so slightly shifts my foot or bumps up a tad, the brakes will kick in a bit.

Reduce the throttle rate to slow the controller response to minute inputs like pavement bumps.
