Default SW202 install using stock controller

I have a Freedom TXT that I’m installing a SW202 reversing contacts on. I’m using ScottyB’s kit, however I’m a little confused. If I use the wiring that was used with the standard F\R switch I would be putting A2, S1, S2 and M- to the contacts-see photo. However ScottyB indicates A1, S1, S2 and B+ should be used, although he states the wires from the existing F\R switch are to be used. Can anyone clarify this for me, I would be grateful for any help provided.

Check this how-to thread out he posted to see if it helps. I know it's using an Alltrax but the contact points are the same.

Thanks,
I guess I was thinking that the wiring at the solenoid and the controller were the same as the stock configuration. I see now I will need to re-route some of the connections at the controller and the solenoid. I did find this schematic that closely matches the stock controller. Sorry it a little small.
