Got a chance to pickup a 1995 yamaha but no nothing about them. Are they good to be able to upgrade motors on. Are they hard to setup luke a clone motor or a predator? Thanks. Been theough club car big block motor swap and want to try something new.

I used the Vegascarts kit to put their VC 460 kit into my 1995 yamaha G 14. I did it in an afternoon.

I have a 95 G14 with a Vanguard in it and it has a ton of room in the engine compartment and rides reasonably so I say they are good

Yamaha's are good carts to work on. I've done engine swaps in several, G1, G2, G9, G16....all super easy to work on. If yours is a 95, I'm guessing G2/G9? In the carts I've built I made the engine drop cradle but used a Vegas Carts mounting plate. I prefer the type with the slotted holes for adjusting the position of the engine. All of my builds had lift kits, that helps a lot with extra clearance. If you've done Club Cars, you'll find the Yamaha equally as easy.
