Yamaha Chargers
On plowmans website they have used OEM 48v chargers for $100. His shop is 15 minutes from me so seems like an easy deal...
Question is, the oem chargers are they automatic and self contained? Or are they proprietary to Yamaha? I’ve got a 48v club car with a bad OBC (charging computer). I can bypass it and get a fancy aftermarket DPI or Lester charger. But the Yamaha, though not as fancy maybe would still get the job done. Seems like a good alternative for $100 to just swap the plug to my club car plug and call it a day. Any reason this wouldn’t work? |

Re: Yamaha Chargers
If you have bypassed the club car bs, then a yamaha charger will be just fine. I use a yamaha charger on 3 different brands of carts.
