CSASON nice cart! I just picked up one of those myself, the Jacobsen version not Ezgo. I think mine is a long wheelbase, not sure of all the different versions though. Anyway, welcome to the club!

Those Jacobsen / EZ GO long frames are almost non existent but so nice to work on. I am so impressed with this HF v Twin I may need to go all out and put one in my long work horse THANKS

How is the throttle response? Is it touchy at all?

670 Predator in a 95 CC DS, Took it for first drive last night, a bit too loud with the Vegas Carts muffler, I need to find a better muffler to fit.
Also I think I need high speed gears even with the 23" tires it only does 23mph at 4000 rpm.

Hey oz

If you decide to go with the gears, use the 6:1 and not the 8:1, your motor has plenty of power to support the 6:1 .......from start to finish it took me all of 30 minutes to do the gears, that's after you pull the axle out and remove the axle shafts, I have done both 6:1 and 8:1, and 6:1 rock!!! you will actually need a press to complete this job.

Post some pics with the engine in the cart, or do a video with the cart running.......
