Default Need Opinions on Carts / Fault message meanings

I have two 48v txt, 2011 and 2013. I purchased the 2013 refurbished about a year ago. I purchased the 2011 about 2 months ago for a bargain and completely rebuilt it - stripped to the frame, painted, lifted, wheels, whole 9. Looks good. Now I need to sell one.

The 2011 has Trojan T-875 Batteries from July 2016. The 2013 has powertron P8000 from December 2017. Fully charged both yesterday and checked the SG of each. The powertrons all measure 1275-1280 and about 8.64 volts. The trojans are a little more sporadic at 1225-1280 SG and 8.38 to 8.65 volts.

I have access to a 1313K-4331 Curtis Hand held and pulled some data from the systems:
Both: 1206HB-5201 controller (v.14 in the 2013, v.11 in the 2011). the 2011 is set for Golf Coastal, and the 2013 is set for Golf - Mild Hills. The settings are pretty closely matched from what I can see, unless there are hidden settings. The 2011 seems to have more getup and handles hills at about 19mph. The 2013 does seems a little slower on starts, and drops to 17mph on hills and sound like it is working harder.

Would changing the profile on the 2013 to coastal mild hills make much of a difference?
Are there any major differences between version 14 and version 11?

2011: 43893 amp hours, 10387.6 Odometer, and 1274.3 hours
2013: 21516 amp hours, 5409.9 Odometer, and 841 hours.

I am partial to the 2011 since I personally went over the entire thing and it seems like it handles hills much better. They both do about 20 mph on level, but the 2011 hits about 23 mph downhill. I am a little concerned seeing that the controller and motor on the 2011 have substantially more miles on them.

The batteries in the 2011 are also about 1.5 years older than the powertrons in the 2013. They both seem like pretty good battery sets, but which would you choose if you could given the data?

Lastly, fault counts:
The only fault I have seen from the 2011 is "Neg la 250" - what is this? I cannot find a description.

The 2013 has 2 faults occurring:
HPD a few times since resetting 2 weeks ago, and 9 low battery faults.
what is the HPD fault?

The batteries are fully charged and good. but still getting the low battery fault. I checked the controller limits and they match between the 2011 and 2013. I have cleaned all the battery connections on the 2013, but not at the solenoid or the controller. Will do this if it makes sense.
Why else would it detect low battery?

I have a spread sheet of all the settings between the two if it would be helpful for anyone.

Basically speaking, with the given information, what cart would you choose to keep and which to sell?
1) newer 2013 newer powertrons but seems sluggish comparied to the 2011
2) older 2011 with decent T-875 batts but seems great flat as well as hills. Also has been gone over with a fine tooth comb.

thanks all!

High pedal disable (HPD)
Low Battery Voltage. Check Voltage after usage.

That's the odd part - its fully charged - 51.8 volts before driving it about 1.5 miles. Read the pack again and it has dropped a little, but not much - 51.2 volts.

I'd wondering if it's a loose connection down in the controller or solenoid.

Any idea on the "Neg la 250" fault?
