Red green and black small wires go to the speed sensor.

Pretty sure you can remove the OBC if you jump the lockout wire that goes to the controller. It keeps the controller in lockout when the charger is plugged in so it can't be driven. Not sure exactly which it is, either yellow or green. Hopefully someone who has done that can provide some details.

Look at your referenced diagram and you need to disconnect the yellow wire's bullet connector (which is #19) and then run that wire from the controller side directly back to Controller "N" or to the Main Pack Negative to prevent the lockout.

I did the obc by pass like was discussed earlier when. Was repairing wires from meltdown u found red and green wires hanging from plug unattached made all wiring repairs but was unsure if these where unhooked all along or if I should reattach them

They should be hooked up if your speed sensor is working correctly. A regen I cart could run without them connected, but a Regen II or IQ will be in Limp mode without them connected.
