Default Solenoid burning up

Hey group, i have a 1999 limo EZGO TXT. It has aDCX400/DCS controller and i am burning up the selenoid on it. The first one lasted 6-7years before it went bad and now its replacement lasted less than a year. Im thinking i should have a heavy duty solenoid on it but not sure which one to get. Advice would be greatly appriciated.

Cheers,
Joe

If you are running a stock style solenoid, you voided the controller warranty the day you installed it. Stock solenoid is barely adequate for stock Controller & golf. You really needed a HD solenoid a long time ago.

I don't know one way or the other, but Scotties has them and you might be able to use the ones off your old solenoid.
