Alachemy-The batteries water levels were full when i got he cart this past weekend.
UPDATE- I took the cart for a short ride after sleeving the MCOR pedal bracket and the result was very noticable!! I could tell a difference on flat ground and a short incline as well. I would have tested it more but the rain came in. I will run the cart hard tomorrow and hopefully get some readings of the batteries under load. Thanks for the help so far guys. Things are looking up! |

Sounds like fairtax nailed your main problem. I bet your batteries will strengthen too over time. People usually top fluids when they sell stuff but it looks like you've already taken it down to 50% SOC (48.4) more than once.
