Alachemy-The batteries water levels were full when i got he cart this past weekend.

UPDATE- I took the cart for a short ride after sleeving the MCOR pedal bracket and the result was very noticable!! I could tell a difference on flat ground and a short incline as well. I would have tested it more but the rain came in. I will run the cart hard tomorrow and hopefully get some readings of the batteries under load.

Thanks for the help so far guys. Things are looking up!

Sounds like fairtax nailed your main problem. I bet your batteries will strengthen too over time. People usually top fluids when they sell stuff but it looks like you've already taken it down to 50% SOC (48.4) more than once.
