Default Yamaha YDRE Factory Battery SoC Meter: Brand? Also: Battery Charger Question

My cart didn't come w/a SoC meter & I'm wanting to add a quality unit. Anybody know who makes the factory one for Yamaha on the YDRE's?
Also, I have the charger in this link (sorry, only pic I could find of it):
http://www.ebay.com/itm/original-yam...JXjsEg&vxp=mtr
Can I get the manual to it anywhere? I left it charged in for about 18hrs & the lights went from:
Power On
Charging
Flashed for 'Charged'
Then just the Charging light was illuminated (both the Power & Charged lights were not illuminated)
Trying to figure this new set-up out. Thanks!

The owners manual for the charger is a poorly interpreted Chinese comic book, waste of time. Stuff like make sure the clamps are secured to the correct battery terminals, and other nonsense like "interrock" instead of interlock. The OEM meter is a Curtis 10-led unit branded for Yamaha. Part number "Jr1-h351c-20" it's not a bad price for it from Yamaha.
