Default Solenoid clicks

Need some help cart sat up for the weekend when came back to it the solenoid would click but it won't move in either direction. Batteries all check good separately and in series, fuses are good but still won't move I need some suggestions on what could be the problem. Ran fine but now it will not go.

It has the speed coil and has power to the accelerator pedal and each wire on the speed coil has power. I'm at a loss trying to figure this out.

that is a super simple system, if the relay is clicking, remove the cover protecting the "wiper arm", inspect for a broken arm or any bad contacts. hope its not the arm, yamaha just sold its last one, no joke.

Ok the arm is intact I can't see any thing wrong with the contacts. If an way possible explain how the wiper arm and contacts work.
