Default Differential Cover 82 Marathon

I want a chrome cover for the differential. I understand it is a Dana Spicer, but does anyone make a chrome cover for this? I see several model Dana covers at the auto sites and I am not sure if one of those will work. Has anyone done this already?

The axle is a Spicer S-12.I've tried to find parts thru industrial applications(forklifts, etc.)No luck as of yet.I'm still searching though.

For what it's worth when I changed my axle oil I rubbed down the cover, primed it and then sprayed it with some "chrome" paint. From 10 feet away (and let's face it who is going to get on their knees to look at your differential?) it looks sharp enough for people to ask me where I found a chrome cover. I think that I originally paid about $5 for the aerosol.

Do you know if the zinc can be polished to get it more like chrome? I did some aluminum motorcycles a few years ago and they looked pretty good. It was a ton of messy work, but.

I may just try the chrome paint if all else fails....
