stereo question

new to the forum and have a question. I have a 2005 model ez go and just had a new console and stereo installed. stereo works fine as long as you're not mashing the pedal. coasting or sitting it works great but mash the pedal and you get static. Cd player has no problem. guy who installed it said controller interferance. Can anything be done about this. Thanks for any help..

Try running your accessories from a separate dedicated battery. I do and I don't get interference. I run a 2006 EZGO.
