Re: k n air filter
I guess I haven’t seen a complete K&N style kit for the stock CC's just for that reason, The only thing I have seen is a drop in replacement filter, because unlike the ezgos with a carb choke you literally have to choke the cc intake, Good question, maybe someone else will have a good answer I’m curious too.

Re: k n air filter
I use a K&N #33-2022 drop in filter (stock air box w/ stock choke button)
I've read on here a while back where someone had a universal (cone type) K&N filter, and used a rag to wrap around it to choke it... (If I remember correctly, he didn't want to spend the few extra $$'s for the drop in filter) I thought it sounded like a pain in the butt to get his cart started... but I guess it worked for him! Note: if you decide to use a K&N filter, get a larger main jet for your carb... Your engine may not run very well if you don't! Club Cars are VERY picky when it comes to the air to fuel mixture ratio's. Both the filters and jets are available at Cart Parts Plus. |

Re: k n air filter
That's a kewl setup killa... do you wrap a rag around the filter to choke it?
(yeah... yeah... yeah... I know it's on a Yami! ) Sadly, stock Club Cars don't have a choke plate in the carb, and may not run, or start well with a setup like that, (without some serious rework, anyway!) |
