The serial number is AQ0314-269035. I have a tow/run switch under the seat. The Forward Reverse is a toggle.
That means it is an IQ cart....(As does the Run/Tow and Rocker switch)

You need to run the black 10g wire that ran to the OBC from the back of the charger receptacle directly to the pack negative battery post or the B- at the controller (You can also plug it into the Yellow Butt Connector at B- if yours has one present or you can cut the black 10g coming from the OBC and going to B- and butt them together.) You also need to connect the Blue and White wires together on the harness side of the OBC 6-pin connector with a paperclip or stiff piece of wire in the plug or even better is to cut them and use a butt connector. (You will not need the grey sense wire so you can just roll it up and ty-wrap it out the way.)

Thank you. I understand that the 10g from receptacle to the #6 neg on the battery pack is completing the circuit. What does jumping the blue and white wires on the harness side do?

Provides constant power to your controller.... (It will be asleep if you do not - The white wire is supplied from the Run/Tow switch)

Thank you. I put in a temp fix for a few days until it gets warmer outside. Here is a picture for those like me that need pictures regarding the blue and white wires. The advantage of doing the longer term solution is that you won't get a bunch of dirt and debris in the connector. When you do the long term, plug the connectors back together. If this is incorrect, please comment.

The OBC is bypassed and the Lester Summit II has charged the pack successfully. Being able to monitor the pack via bluetooth is pretty nice. I didn't think I would use that, but it is pretty handy to understand what is happening.

When I do an OBC bypass I usually completely remove the OBC from the car. It bugs me to leave it there when it's not connected and serving no purpose. If you have no intentions of ever using the OBC again, cut the 6 pin plug off of it, disassemble it, and remove all of the pins and wires except the blue and white. Reassemble the connector. Then solder or Butt-Connect the blue and white wires together and plug the connector back into the wire harness. You can now completely remove the OBC. As for the black wire running through the center of it, you can take the wire off of the battery and "curl" it with two pairs of pliers and shrink it down enough to pull through the hole in the OBC without having to cut off the terminal. Then take those same two pairs of pliers to flatten it back out for re-use.

Thanks to everyone again. Although expensive, I feel it was a great solution. I appreciate all the help.

@tahoedawg - I was able to take off the OBC and bend/roll the ring connector on the negative cable to get it through the OBC. I then did as you said on the harness and solider the white and blue together.

That's a long term, permanent solution. Peace of mind is very valuable.
