Radio Shack could probably hook you up with one pretty easy.

They made 2 different ones, one had 1/4" terminals and the other had 3/16s. There are 2 #s 25861G01 and G02

What yr an drive system do you have?

The cart is back in service, and out of my shop, so I don't have ready access to this information. The roller part of the switch got caught behind the cam on that accelerator plunger, and ripped the roller arm off the switch. I jb welded the switch back together, and it's working now, but I want to have a few in stock so I can replace the repaired one and for when one fails again on another cart. When I can track down the janitorial supervisor who uses this cart I'll come back with that info. Thanx
