Re: Newbie Help Needed
hey red you can buy a tach and unhook the rev limiter. run the rpms up in maintenence mode to desired rmp and then zip tie the governor where it is at that rpm. from what most people say you should keep your rpms at about 4200.

Re: Newbie Help Needed
I Paid 3000.00 for my 05 cc gas like new condition.
tie strapped the governor changed the to Oil Mobil 1 replaced the Spark Plug, Air Filter, Fuel Filters. Added A Jakes 6" Suspension Lift and 23 10.5 12 Tires and Wheels. We Clocked the Cart @ 24mph next to My Truck. I won't say you got Ripped off but you did Pay A Premium Price. |

Re: Newbie Help Needed
Yes, you can completely disable the rev limiter and run a tach. That's what we do with our CC's. You will see a difference but have to watch the rpms. Keep it down most of the time.

Re: Newbie Help Needed
I wouldn't run it over 4200 for very long but other than that you should be okay.
