Default starter generator voltage # check

I have a club car SG made by Mando (M069328 ). it also has this # on it - P/NO 1018294-01.

I was trying to bench test it tonight. I clamped it in the vise and hooked a battery charger to it.

A1 - ground
A2 - connected with F1
F2 - battery (positive)
F1 - connected with A2
DF - not connected

Voltage before starting

A1 - zero (ground)
A2 - zero
F1 - 12.27
F2 - 12.27
DF - 12.27

Voltage during run

A1 - zero
A2 - 2.37
F1 - 2.37
F2 - 2.56
DF - 2.56

I took resistance readings as well afterwards between A2 & F2. On the 2000k setting I had 1967.

My question, is this thing boozed?

hooked it back up on the bench and saw where my voltage on the DF kept rising but it tapped out at ~8.5 because the charger has some kind of internal stop so I guess things don't burn up. the cart is back at my dad's house so I won't be able to hook it up there till later. does this tell anybody anything?
